Ever since my son was a toddler we’ve loved to make French toast together and this blend is aptly named after sweet, little, “he” (who is not so little anymore, at age 12!). A scrumptiously fragrant & delicious blend containing: Wildcrafted & wonderful Vanilla beans, 3 aromatic types of cinnamon, rich, buttery, toffee-like, coconut palm sugar, evaporated cane juice, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom, a scosh of lemon zest & a pinch of clove. |

So Yummy: Mix with eggs and ½ & ½, for French Toast or Monte Christos (stuffed w/ ham & cheese), sauté in a buttery pan over med. heat ‘til golden brown then sprinkle more spice on, while cooking, to caramelize. Nice on Ice Cream, oatmeal, toast with butter, add to muffin mixtures, banana nut bread, apple pie, the best candied nuts (see recipes) excellent on sweet potatoes or yam dishes. It’s delish in coffee drinks, hot buttered rum, or decadent brandy & Irish cream blended or on the rocks! The newest snack I’m craving is to sprinkle it on popped or kettle corn!
