MEDITERRANEAN LEMON PEPPER PASTA WITH "FAUX-QUE" CHICKEN |
Soften 1 stick light cream cheese and mix in a large boil with 1 16 oz. container of light sour cream. Cut up boneless, skinless chicken parts (however much you’ll need) and sauté in a pan with a little butter, olive oil, and FAUX-QUE seasoning a a ratio of 1 TBSP per 1 lb. meat. Cook some pasta–drain and put back in the pot and toss in desired amount of cheesy, sour cream mixture then serve onto plates and top with chicken. Garnish with a bit of Parmesan and parsley. Leftover cheese mix makes a great dip for crackers and veggies. |
